    Some items were not on their Web site but a call to customer service resulted in patient help and the successful completion of the order. I wonder how many sales are lost because a customer doesnt hook up with a sales rep?The web sites Order Status needs to be updated to list orders. A full week after I placed the order my order number was NOT on its web site compelling me to waste the time of tech support to answer my query on its status. Had it been listed I would have had the information without having to send an e-mail to inquire. Additionally not seeing it online made me nervous that something had happened to the order. Such was not the case but if youre going to have an Order Status link then keeping it updated helps everyone not to mention saves everyone time.P.S. Question # 1 Visibility of "discontinued" and/or "back ordered" notices is not at all clear (at least to me). Since I didnt really know what you were asking I put Good as opposed to Excellent.

    Generally, itz good site for me. however i previously had a hard time to find out some items which had to replace with other model through several email and phone with your staff.

    Lied to, repeatedly. The operators have been very polite, however mostly useless. I ordered my new laptop thursday, at midnight. My card was charged friday, before noon, and I called to verify the purchase. It took 6 calls to get an actual person, and I was told the order would ship that day.6 calls on monday...told it would ship that day, and arrive by Friday.6-7 calls tuesday, told it would ship that day, and still arrive by friday.then the 8th call back on tuesday, I was told ASUS laptops were not even shipped from California Computer Center.Today is wednesday evening, and after an hour or more of phone shuffling, a manager told me I was simply impatient, and no, my order has not yet shipped. He told me it would ship today, from Georgia, but on the East Coast, its past business hours...another lie. This issue is NOT dropped, and the staff at California Computer Center will continue to hear from me.
