    I consider this the miricle of my Thanksgiving. With my husband and daughter asleep I started my search for Uggs.I had heard they start to sell out this time of year. At 10:39pm on a holiday I ordered them and the very next morning (10 hours later) they arrived. I was pouring my first cup of coffee and heard a noise at the front door VOILA!!!Unbelievable!!! Last night I ordered another pair of grey inside out boots and I have to admit I hoped to see them this morning......But its a sunday. Maybe tomorrow Ill have them.......Ive oredered Uggs from other companies but this service is the BEST!!!!

    Ordered a pair of shoes online on 11/23/08 (a Sunday) and received them on 11/25/08 (Tuesday). The shipping was free and I was upgraded to next day air, which was a very pleasant surprise. Apparently this is a somewhat common practice so thats very good news. The shoes were a bit expensive (about $5 more than Nikes MSRP), but I was unable to find them anywhere else cheaper. I searched about 8-10 shoe stores in my area (Finish Line, Footlocker, Sports Authority, etc) and no one had them - and other online merchants were more expensive. The way I look at it, I got them for MSRP plus $5 next day shipping. Fortunately for me, the shoes fit perfectly. While I had a bit of trepidation about buying shoes online (due to size issues and possibly having to send them back) I would definitely look to Zappos first if I need to buy shoes online again.

    Absolutely wonderful! My first order was upgraded to free overnight shipping. When I received it, it was the wrong color. I called customer service and they immediately had the right one in the mail, again free overnight; I had it the next day. And they sent postage for me to send the incorrect item back. Definitely a fantastic experience.

    I bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses from zappos. They emailed me the progress of my order every step of the way. They also upgraded my shipping at no extra cost. Fast, Fast, Fast is about all I can say!

    This was my first time ordering shoes online. I was expecting to get these shoes in a week or so, and I hate waiting for things, but these shoes were shipped next day air for no extra cost and they came over a weekend. That is fast! Great experience, would order again.

    I buy mostly on internet but this one was a very good expirience. I could not find this specific sunglas model anyware in stock. Most of the sites tell you they have the product and a week later tired to wait you find out it is in back order. Not with this guys; the site stands to what it tells you. I did not get the best price for this item but it was fare anyway and overnight shipping included; Their customer service is a 10 out of 10. I will defenitly shop again with zappos.

    Selection was absolutely excellent - I had fun picking out my shoes. After adding to my cart, checkout was a superb experience and took less than a minute. Order was sent out very quickly. Later, when I found a better price at another merchant, they honored their 110% price guarantee by lowering the price by over $30! Overnight shipping was true to its claim: products shipped from Kentucky to New England in one day. Excellent customer service with no wait times, quality products, and fast shipping. Will shop many more times. HIGHLY recommended.

    Zappos has once again exceeded expectation. They have an easy check out process and super prompt shipping. Product quality has always been high and their shoes look the same in real life as they do on the web site.

    Great shopping experience. They upgraded my shipping for free. Despite a train wreck and chemical fire near their warehouse my order arrived on time. To their credit, they sent me a notice that my delivery may be delayed due to the train wreck in the area. To my surprise it was at my house on time! Great job!

    Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous! Ive ordered many shoes with Zappos and not all were kept but loved most, website easy to use, ships FAST, easy and free return and SO MANY CHOICES! My only complaint is that size 11 sells out fast or isnt stocked near enough.. :o( But still love this website! Bravo!
