I flagged the "accuracy" item because MWave.com did not identify this laptop as NOT having a standard US keyboard (it apparently has a French Canadian keyboard). I suppose if I had done research on my own on the model number I would have found out. But any laptop sold over the internet by a US-based company (Walnut, CA) that DOEST have a standard US keyboard should be clearly identified as such.

Inaccurate product picture. Do the product research on other websites before purchasing from mwave. They hold YOU accountable for their mistakes. Read below.Had to pay shipping cost to return, I accept this charge because it was stated in their policy. However the 15% restocking fee was unnecessary since the return was due to mwaves mistake. Original customer service representative was misleading, she stated no restocking fee will be charged.Upon calling to dispute the charge, the second customer service representative pointed to the vague statement at the bottom of the page that states product information may be inaccurate. Representative abruptly said bye while I still had things to say. Follow up complaint email has not been replied...Overall, buy from this site if you expect to have no problems, otherwise dealing with returns and customer service is to be avoided. Its not the money that Im angry about, its about how I was treated as a customer..
