    Great experience with this retailer. When they did ship with UPS, I did encounter a problem with UPS "losing" my package half way through the shipment. I got a hold of eComElectronics customer service department and they were able to fix everything right away. I am also very happy with the product I received as they had the best price that I could find anywhere.

    So prompt, so professional, so kind. Such a quick service. I will definitely come back as a buyer. Ordered on Sunday, package arrived by Friday and in excellent condition (via FedEx). No problems whatsoever. Price was the best I could find. It couldnt have been quicker or a better transaction. Thanks.

    after placing the order for a laptop i wanted late one evening, i received a call from the Ecom the next day by a salesperson who wanted to confirm my order, obstensibly also to sell me other stuff. I cannot fault them for that but what i will fault them for is not saying anywhere on the website that my laptop had to be sent to be refurbished which would take an additional 7 to 8 days. so on top of the 7-10 day for regular shipping i would have to wait another week or more. That was unacceptable. i had a job that required a laptop. I needed time to reinstall windows xp on that laptop because it came with vista (which to me is a joke of an operating system) and load an insane amount of files onto as well. I would associate the entire transaction to that of a car dealership - you see the car you want in an ad, but once you get to the dealership the car is suddenly sold out and they try to sell you one that is more expensive. i cancelled my order with him over the phone that day.

    I do a lot of online shopping and eComElectronics has provided the best experience. Exceptional customer service. If theres a problem with the order, they ship a replacement overnight free of charge.

    I intend to do business with eCom again in the future based on this very pleasant experience. Not only did they help me find the right equipment to fit my needs, but they actually recommended optional equipment that cost much less than I had anticipated having to spend. Thats rare these days.
