Easy to place the order. I order the free shipping, this was a mistake. The web site showed no activity on my order for 5 business days after I ordered(was to be shipped in 4 days or less). After calling they shipped and got it in 10 business days. Most of my camera equiptment was ordered from B&H and I did not have and "problems" with a free shipping option. They seem to get it out without any followup calls. Even with this problem I will consider US1CAMERA for another purchase.

Received order in good condition but at least a week late. I was not told until several phone calls that the item was on backorder. The price was excellent and they did ship it faster once it finally arrived in their store.

When I ordered people starting telling me I would not get what I ordered. I started worrying so I called uS1, talked with their customer service rep Jason. He was great! Explained that I would be fine and this was a NEW camera, not to worry. In a couple of days I got my email showing the camera was shipped and when it would arrive. There was a tracking # as well. My 50D arrived via UPS 10 days after ordering. I am thrilled. It was easy and as long as you are patient when it comes to free shipping you will get what you order. Dont let the complainers make you worry.

Even though the Canon 50D showed in stock after 5 business days they did not ship it out. So I canceled the order.

Online Odered a Canon XSi on Sunday evening.They had a promotions going on. keep checking the order status on their website, still says "new order" until Wednesday afternoon when I decided to give them a call, be told that they ran out of stock. but on the their website, it still says it is still in stock, but with a higher price. What A Liar!

I paid for 4 to 6 business day shipping and the item was not processed and sent until the 4th business day. I didnt receive the item for 5 more business days after that. So, I ended up receiving my 4-6 business day shipment in 9 business days (almost 2 weeks)! I was not satisfied considering it was a birthday present for my wife.
