    DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!!! We ordered a Sony A350 Digital camera from US1Camera. We received an email confirmation right away, and the credit card showed a charge to them. 7 days went by and no camera, so I called. They informed me that it would be at least another month before the camera would ship, and they couldnt confirm when exactly it would ship. Additionally, the price on their website went down 2 days after the order was placed, which they refused to honor ("low price guarantee").

    We ordered a Sony A350 DSLR camera package from this online seller way back in November, before Thanksgiving. Right from the start, the stalling tactics began. We had to call and confirm our high value order. My business debit card was debited on November 26. I then sent emails to get a tracking number, all were ignored. I called on December 16 and got through on the phone (25 minutes on hold). Not to customer service, but to the guy who took the order confim. Bobby says if you dont buy expidited shipping, your order is placed on a pile with any other, presumably to rot? Bobby pleaded for me to not cancel, that he promises promises promises that I will get my order by Friday Dec. 19, that they will expidite no matter what. Well, Friday has come and gone, NO CAMERA PACKAGE. I will call back when they are open and CANCEL my order. If you want to "SAVE" a few dollars and dont mind hassles and lies, order from here at will.

    A little over a week after making my purchase, I received an email to call a representative of the company to confirm the order. I had a feeling this was suspicious. The representative didnt answer his phone so I left a voice mail message confirming the order and telling him if there are any problems with the order to call me. He never called back. Another week passed and I still didnt receive my order. I called this representative again. This time he answered and when he pulled up my order he said he needed to transfer me to someone else and then put me on hold. About 10 seconds later he came back and informed me the product I order came in from the manufacturer damaged and it would be another 2-3 weeks before i would have my product shipped. I told him this would be no problem since this was not a Xmas gift and I did not need it right away. Then less than a week later I received an email stating my order was cancelled due to limited access/excess order for the holiday.

    i got the best price compared to other online & offline companies when i bought my Canon 40D. The camera was received within a week. Will shop here again for sure if their price is competitive!!!

    I ordered my camera Nov. 28. I was informed that it would take up to 3 days to process order and then 7-9 days for ground shipping. I am still waiting as of Dec. 17th. I called costumer service and was told it would be here in a few days but they were not able to give me a tracking number. That puts it at 12-13 days for shipping. Said the new updates would be emailed to me tonight or tomorrow. I understand it is the holiday season but my trust was placed in this company to have the merchandise in stock when that is how it was listed on their web site. I would of appreciated an update in any delays before being concerned enough to call. myself.

    Did not extend Weekend Sales/promotions to include \"Cyber Monday!\" Customer hours for phone orders or questions are 9am to 5pm!! Even on This day!! Makes no sense.
