    Dreadful experience. They took my order, then refused to ship or respond to any of my 3, generally polite, e-mails requesting some information about why the order was neither processed nor shipped. I suppose I should count myself lucky to have escaped from such an unresponsive merchant.

    Ordered a Flashtrax because they had the best price, I called the order in as I wanted to make sure that it would arrive in time for a photo shoot. The sales rep was very curtious. When I got my e-mail confiming the order I noticed that the price was for full retail instead of the advertised price, I called and spoke to the rep who said that they would credit my card the 30.00 difference. I did recieve the order as promised but have not gotten credit yet.

    I ordered a Tapestor USB kit. The item was shipped incomplete. A second, repalcement item was sent also incomplete. Both are charged to my credit card. The charges are under contest. The company was supposed to pickup the returning items by FEDEX. This has not happened. Technical support and Sales support were both extremely poor. I will never deal with this outfit again.

    Buying from ClubMac is a crap shoot. Youre experience will depend on which cs rep you get when youre order runs into problems. Our company used to order from them before the emergence of online ordering, plus my boss felt better b/c they were local. More than half the orders ran into problems, even one box software that was in stock. The supervisors and managers on duty (if they werent on lunch or "out of the office") werent helpful most of the time. ClubMac is a waste of your time.

    I purchase from ClubMac quite a bit. Mostly peripherals but I ended up buying an iBook from them about a month ago. Ordered it on a Saturday via their website and paid for 2nd day shipping. I didnt expect to get the computer until the following Wednesday but they actually shipped it on the same day and I had it on Monday. I was quite impressed! I will continue to do business with them.

    A few days ago I order the new Sony DSC-V1 from ClubMac.com. I was told it was back ordered and I would be put on a waiting list and not charged until it was shipped. Fine. Today I checked and the camera is listed as being in stock, but when I checked my order status, it still said backordered. I called & was told they did have them in stock, but they could not send one to me unless I paid a higher price. I canceled this order. FYI... This is the same company as PC Mall. Go somewhere else!!

    I purchased a Powerbook from these people and the screen was f#@ked up. They wouldnt take it back and I didnt want it. If you have half a brain, DONT DO IT. Save yourself the time and stress associated with dealing with these idiots. Purchase at the Apple Store--the price may be higher but the costs to your health (heart attack or stroke)and the chances of you going to jail for committing criminal acts will greatly decrease.

    I just recieved my Sony GDM FW900 A very nice but expensive monitor. I first ordered it on the 31st, that same day ClubMacs represenative called to verify that I made the purchace instead of just an e-mail confirmation. 2 days later the monitor came to my door. Good package nothing wrong with it. I opened it up and she works perfectly. Ive been fortunate to have good on-line experiences but thank you Club Mac, youve added to that list. I gave them a five because nothing went wrong.

    These guys are substandard at best!I placed an order (it said there were 17 units in stock), pay extra $$ for faster shipping, then I had to go online to find out the item was backordered! I call up and their computer system is down! If you want to get shafted on your time and effort, deal with ClubMac!

    I will never grace these Clowns with my electronic presence again. I placed an order on Sunday, website said its in stock, I requested next day air. Monday night I check the status of my order, and right there in red letters, backordered. Aarrgh! I call them up Tuesday, asking what?s up. The guy I spoke with had a lackadaisical attitude, like ?ho-hum, oh well.? I said, ?I paid for Next Day shipping, why wasn?t I notified there was a problem?? He said they didn?t do that, so I canceled my order
