    Datavision is the best place for hard to find computer parts and supplies. I needed to connect a laptop hard drive to my desktop. I found exactly what I needed at a great price.

    Datavision has possibly the worst communication of any vendor I have dealt with. The price was great but it took multiple phone calls to get my product. When I first ordered the product I was told that it was in stock and would ship the same day. They also fail to notify you on their website that they will only ship to the physical address of the credit card. This also seemed to be a problem to the datavision staff. After many phone calls and much frustration I finally received my order. I will not be placing any future orders with datavision.

    Before buying anything from this outfit, read the reviews. I ordered and paid on October 20, 2008, expecting the item to be shipped within two days. On October 30, 2008, I asked for the tracking information. I was told that the item had not yet shipped and was backordered. When I placed the order, I believed that it was in stock and was not told otherwise until I asked ten days later. Stay away!
