I ordered 2 items and DataVision did ship one promptly and other was delayed for 12 days as it was not in stock, even their website mentioned it was stocked. After 4 days, when asked they were prompt to inform it was back ordered.

I called to get shipping to PO Box. It was shipped UPS instead. Couldnt get package. Computer never was shipped. I was told that the rest of the order would be shipped priority mail. It was received 6 weeks after I was told it was shipped Priority. I sent emails that werent acknowledged and left phone messages that werent returned. Ive asked that Datavision not ever contact me again and I keep getting emails asking for me to order again. What part of leave me alone is hard to understand? I dont recommend them and will never use them again.

I tried to make the purchase on E-bay through Paypal, but my attempt to open a Paypal account was unsuccessful. I attribute that to my inexperience. A payment by telephone was suggested via e-mail and that method worked just fine.

Computer overheated. Was first told i was imagining things. i brought the computer i had purchased over the phone, and had shipped to me, into the store. i was then told that i couldnt have it exchanged in the store anyway, since it had been shipped to me. suddenly a manager came and said the computer was a recall item "for overheating". asked what i should do about it, he said i could return it if i wanted, he had no information. i asked him to call sony to find out exactly what was going on, but he refused. i hated the attitude of the sales personnel who are all just interested in making a buck, and most especially the manager. the repair people are very pleasant.

I shopped for several hours for the TV I wanted - Datavis had it for $300 cheaper than anyone else after freight (I ordered 2). They didnt have the exact one I was wanting, so they subbed a Panasonic that was the exact same thing - actually a better machine in my opinion. I know there are negative reviews out there on these folks, but I have to say - they saved me $300. I vote my wallet. And I say OUTSTANDING. A+++ I will buy from them again.

Datavisions service is on par with any quality reputable seller found on the internet...including Amazon. You get confirmation and tracking. Shipments delivered with a minimal turnaround time from time of order placement.

Datavision had great prices on the items I purchased. The actual shipping time was only about 5 days for each item, but it took 3 phone calls and 7 days to finally get my order processed. They had some technical issues to where my order didnt get automatically processed. Once the issue was resolved, everything was great. I believe they deserve 4 stars, but I do not think that 4 stars should be labeled as Very Good.
