Poor phone service made communcations nearly inaudible on most of the phone calls to complete the sales transaction. Upgrade your phone system and get people that can talk fluent english if you want to sell big ticket items to adults.

The first camera I received was defective. I had to return it. I had a tight time frame before departing for Africa. Datavision sent the replacement 2nd day air, at their own initiative and at no extra cost, to be sure I got it before leaving for my trip.

I placed and tracked my order by telephone, not on the internet, though I did price the item at the Datavision website. The only problem I recall was that the salesperson("John", I believe) was using a telephone that sounded so awful it was nearly unintelligible, plus he had difficulty hearing me. I was on a landline home phone that has had no problems to my knowledge. I think John said he was using a cell phone. Other than our difficulty understanding each other, there were no problems and the transaction was satisfactory. I bought from Datavision primarily because they had the lowest price, were nearby, and did not charge for shipping. I would use them again if the same three factors were present. Very patient, helpful and courteous service. I was able to amend my order even after an invoice had been issued and the sales rep. (John Griffin) was always glad to help. He patiently worked with me in finding the products that met my requirements and he never complained even though I was an indecisive buyer.Datavision and John Griffin makes my shopping experience positive. God bless them.

The product I ordered arrived without damage and earlier than time quoted. Very efficient delivery system.
