    They have a lot of negative ratings on the Web, but I decided to take a chance. I hedged by speaking directly to a representative before ordering; he was able to confirm that the item was in stock and reassured me. In the end, they delivered just as advertised and I saved 33% compared to most retailers.

    Recently I bought Sony PRS 505 and other unit several times and they shipped my order promptly and the items as a brand new.When they informed me that part of my order was backordered, I asked them to refund my money and they did it immediately through paypal. I have no problem at all to shop at this store.

    My Item wasnt available, they had problems charging my card which meant that I had to call 3 or more times, they couldnt ship to my physical address. It is taking a week to get merchandise that should have been here overnight.

    This was a nightmare experience!! I am a big online shopper--all of my holiday shopping for the last 3 years has been online. I rarely have returns and when I do I find all the vendors very gracious except for Datavision. Once they had my money they had no interest in helping me even though the product was defective. Bought an EZ Gear TH200 video glass from Datavsion for my husband for Christmas on 12/5. After he opened it it did not work at all. I tried to return it the 3rd week in January and Datavision refused to take it back b/c it was 30 days after purchase. Very arrogantly told me to contact EZ gear and get a new set via my one year warranty. Datavision would not help in anyway and could care less--they said it was my fault it was after 30 days of purchase (which is still within 30 days of Christmas). I warn you to stay away from Datavision. They have no interest in customer service. It is a mail order warehouse.

    I ordered a PSP before Christmas, they emailed me someone elses confirmation of shipping of a completely different product. I get an email later that the product Ive ordered was out of stock until after Christmas. I called in and cancelled my order since it was back ordered then they send me an order confirmation of shipping on January 8th. they sent it. I email back DO NOT SHIP CANCELLED. I ship it back then only get partial credit back. I would not recommend or ever use again!!!!

    I placed the order for a Jawbone headset on the 16th of Feb. Its the 19th, so I called and asked why I havent recieved the headset. The CSR said that even though the website said it was in stock, that it was actually on backorder and I wont get it until the middle of next week. I told him that was very wrong and asked for an upgrade- he said the best he could do was up it to 3rd day... when its 4 days from NY to OK.Update your inventory better and send out delayed shipment messages if its not in stock! Because you lost the potential order of 20 more for my install team in casinos!!! And sorry... "I cant do that..." with a store like yours.
