    Made two purchases, different dates, and both received as promised and timely shipment. Pleased with experience and two cameras (Cannon 40D and Sony Cyber-shot DSC W-300. For inexperienced folks like me, recommend red flag that chips are not included with the cameras...I would have ordered compact flash and memory stick pro at the same time. Fortunately, I had a couple already and therefore made the cameras operable immediately following the battery charge. Mahalo, WBL

    Outstanding prices on quality merchandise. Since the item is a gift, it has not been opened up yet and I dont know the condition of the product. I should not have answered #6 above, and was unable to deselect the answer.

    I was drawn to this merchant by the overwhelming positive reviews, its low price and nice website. I placed my order for a camcorder early am (probably 1am) 12-10-08 (Wednesday) using the Web. My credit card was charged immediately (I used google checkout). But the order has NOT been shipped as of now - 12-13-08. The product is shown to be in stock on the merchants website. I called their customer service yesterday (12-12-08), and asked if there is any problem with my order, as typically a in-stock product would be shipped within 1-2 business days. The CS representative said the order is fine, and it should ship out on 12-12-08, the day I called him. But no luck, I checked later, my order has NOT been shipped. I really do not understand WHY after 3 business days the order has not been shipped! My order includes a camcorder, a lens and a battery charger, and the CS rep. said they will be sent in two packages. But would that be the reason for the delay in shipping? Frustrating!

    I cant really rate the merchant until I receive the merchandise but so far it has been excellent. Ill be able to reaffirm or change my thoughts on this when I receive the merchandise.
