Ordered a sony blu-ray dvd player on cyber monday. Great price. I checked all week to see status and even called to see when it will be shipped. On friday checked status- it said customer cancelled. I called immediately and was told that too many were ordered so they had to do first come first serve and so THEY cancelled my order! On their site,they still had the sony player in stock- except now it is $ 50.00 more. This was unacceptable business practice.

Its a little difficult to get mail-in rebates if sending as a gift to different address I also found that rebates were limited to one per purchase address. That was not clear when ordering and may have made a difference in purchase.

Felt the free shipping on orders over $99 was misleading. I placed a previous order for same product and did not realize that I had to download coupon to get shipping cost back. Why not just offer the free shipping and you take care of the paper work. Not such a great deal now that I had to pay $11 bucks for shipping when other places really do have it for free or $.99 and I dont have to be bothered doing the work to get it back.
