The site was slow to respond.The order confirmation came up incomplete prompting a call t CS and speaking with someone who could not understand me (US american) and who I could not understand (foriegn). I expect an immediate email back to my addresss with my order confirmation and the CS rep told me I should wait 15-20 minutes which t me is unacceptable.

I ordered an extended service contract for the Mac Pro that I had ordered from Mac Mall a few days prior. They didnt tell me that I would receive nothing from them for at least 30 days. Their customer service reps did not understand this either at first. My other dealings with them have been great and I would buy from them again.

So far experience has been great, checkout was fast and painless. Hopefully the shipping and product arrival will be just as great. I am very pleased with my purchase. The price was great and my order arrived faster than expected!

It would be nice to have a more organized detailing of features. Whether they be bulleted or table format, either way would be better than a partial summary in the title description. I was up to date on the products via Apples main website, but others may be easily confused. Also more and larger photos would be helpful. Pricing, offers, and overall navigation are great.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a computer and was cancelled without notification. I was not contacted regard to this cancellization until days later. When asked why I was not notified, no response given. No offer of replacement for the cancelled order was given.
