    Ive been purchasing from MacMall for several years. I dont remember ever having a problem with the service or the merchandise. My only complaint are the mail-in rebates; in my view they are generally a pain and (if ones time is worth anything) not worth the effort it takes to get them. My guess is that the majority of your customers feel the same way I do. Other than that, thanks for being a great company to deal with.

    I HAD SOME INITIAL CONCERNS BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS MUCH LOWER THAN THE COMPETITION (QUITE A BIT LOWER I WOULD SAY) BUT WAS MOST PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND THE ITEM SHOWED UP ON A TIMELY BASIS AND WAS PRECISELY THE ITEM I WANTED (SONY BLU RAY PLAYER)..I HAD BEEN WATCHING THE ITEMS PRICING FOR TWO MONTHS AND MACMALL EXCEEDED MY BEST EXPECTATIONS AND PROVIDED ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN I REQUESTED IT. THAT WAS THE ONLY "TWITCH" I WOULD SAY THEY SHOULD DO PROACTIVELY.

    I never received the order. I went on their web site a week later to see what the status of my order was and discovered that the package of two items I had ordered had been discontinued! Might have been nice of them to send me an email to let me know that I was never going to receive this order at all.

    The order process went smoothly with the rep on the phone and the order confirmation and shipping email notices were timely. This was an extremely time-sensitive order and it was delivered overnight halfway across the country just as promised. Thanks MacMall!
