well, I hope they really do have the item Ive ordered in stock... had a previous bad experiance where is was stated that they had the product in stock but that wasnt true.Update: The product was shipped the same day. Next day the package was here. Very cool.

I buy pro audio gear online all the time and this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. It took near a month to receive my gear and my call and emails never yielded a response. Customer service does not exist there and I would highly recommend to avoid them. Buyer BEWARE, avoid the headache.

I ordered two products, both of which were listed as in stock. I got an email the same day saying that the items had been backordered. No date was given for expected shipment. Unhappy with this, I went to cancel my order. I could not, however, find away to do this on their website. I had to email and cancel. Later that day I received a phone call saying that they had cancelled my order, but that the items were actually in stock, so I could re-place the order. I would avoid if possible.
