    When I received no notification of shipment, I called the Merchant and was told my order would ship that day _ a Thursday. I called again on Monday, and was told the item was shipping that day, and that "our shipping department was closed last week." The Logitech keyboard and mouse appear to be satisfactory products, but I received a package with an installation guide in Chinese or Japanese, rather than English, so I had to seek help from Logitech to install the new products.

    I?m really happy to work with you. It?s amazing! I had a couple problems because I have never tried to by anything by on-line, but you resolved those just in a second. Good service, fast shipping!!! CompuDirect, you?re the best!!!

    Paid for a new Samsung 19" LCD monitor, was shipped a used/refurbished unit that was missing the correct packing, instructions, no warranty cards etc.. had open cables all just tossed in the box...oh and amazingly the date code was mysteriously erased from the tag on the unit...Do you think they know why?? I dont qualify for the $30 rebate that Samsung offered on the unit either. I hope they realize that owe me some help here. I am out $30 on the unit (compared to a refurb) no factory warranty, and out another $30 on the rebate...I could not possibly advise anybody to buy from them.

    So far so good. Ill reserve judgment until shipping is completed.The item actually arrived on a Friday vs. following Monday, a nice surprise. Everything went smoothly in this experience.

    Found product on Buy.Com but they were out of stock and showed your price. They showed shipping at 9.50 but you are charging me 10.50, which is very high for shipping one mouse from ohio to illinois.

    I had a coupon for free shipping, but couldnt figure out how to use it, so ended up paying $15 shipping.

    This company is a scam! I ordered an LG burner from them. It stopped working while still under warranty. I called LG and we discovered that the serial number had been neatly removed with a razor. LG said it was probably stolen merchandise. CompuDirect said they were going to replace it, but never did. They refuse to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I finally reported them to the FBI. My wallet is about 80 bucks lighter now thanks to these con men.
