    I hope my item is received and shipped soon.Item was severly damaged and no reply for over a week.Talked on phone CompuDirect.com said that they would replace the unit. NO EMAIL TO THAT EFFECT.

    compudirect is unbeatable. Great prices, fast shipping, amazing customer service. They are a joy to purchase from. Even as they grow bigger and bigger, they still care about their customers. If youre looking for computer components, compudirect should be your first stop.

    Great price on a great product. Ordered from them many times before, and will continue to do so. Shipping sometimes takes a while from OH to KS, but Im used to it.

    Great company fastest shipping ive ever had from a online order (and ive made alot of orders). I just made my third order from them and its the same each time order early in the morning and have it by noon the next day and all had FREE shipping. Products came well packed and in good condition. All I can say is this is a great company I plan on ordering from again and again. I have heard they have a good return system but I havent had to use it. So what else can I say but great service great products!

    compudirect.com has offered a great ordering experience. This was my fourth order and Im again very pleased with their timeliness of shipping (Ive received my orders within 3 business days or less using the free/cheap shipping), great selection, and ease of use of their website. The user reviews are exceptionally helpful. Their online RMA policy is great! Very easy to use. Ive had my replacement merchandise shipped out to me within 5 days of shipping it to them. This is a great reseller.
