    Great prices, super fast shipping, great selection. RMA process was nice and smooth, with good feedback. Unfortunately had to pay return shipping, that seems to be industry norm. Overall great buying experience. Would buy from again.

    compudirect has some of the best prices and service on the net. I have been ordering from them for over 2 years and have only recently encountered my first problem. The problem was simple, the manufacturer put the wrong CD in the box. After 2 weeks of talking to the manufacturer, nothing was done. After contacting compudirect, the issues was resolved in less than two days.

    Falsie advertising. The price for the item on the pricegrabber was $113+$10 for shipping. I received the email from seller in a minute confirming my order and the price. 5 days later (3 business days) I receive the message that my credit card is charged $155. I called in to sales. They refused to adjust the price to what they advertised on their web-site and on Pricegrabber and suggested to refuse package when it arrives.They preferred to not to fulfill their obligation and have negative feedback from customer, so here we go. If for the product you are looking for they come up first at the bottom line price, be careful. You can end up wasting your time like I did.Here you go CompuDirect - $32(difference) is how much your reputation worth. Can not afford to loose $32 because the mistake you did, but can afford customer mocking your good name, loosing future potential customers who might (or might not) go to next merchant, after reading this review for only $32
