    Been shopping at compudirect for about a year and theyre fast and customer oriented. Too bad they dont process orders and ship on weekends.

    Ordered new Hp Touchsmart IQ770 PC. First told coming out of Ohio later found out delayed and came out of Florida. I received refurbished/used PC with scratches/worn out on top and sides packages in a 2ftX2ftX2ft brown cardboard box. Paperwork even says refurbished. When I called they said new unit coming from HP in original box and if I return must pay 20% restocking fee. Called AMEX for dispute along with pictures and paperwork evidence. Just reading their terms should warn you lost money possibilities. They should be responsible and send me prepaid shipping label like others do. I read the terms but they do not apply to me since they made error of order and must repond to AMEX and the courts. They must refund me 100% of money when they receive PC back

    Im very happy with all my purchases and everything always arrives on time. The prices are usaully great and the customer service is unbeatable! I will gladly shop there first every time.

    I just wanted to give compudirect.com a great comment. They have been everything i ever expected in a company and have never been this pleased. It is hard to even find the type of support you get from this company. I have ordered a lot of parts from compudirect.com and have yet to be disappointed. Everything is shipped on time! Everything has been in working order! Also i love the fact they will email you back with a self typed email rather then the usual copy paste technique of other companies. Thank you compudirect for everything you have done to make my computer using needs even better!!!

    I have bought from compudirect on several occasions. Their web-site is easy to navigate, prices are excellent, shipping is faster than the pony express and the customer service representatives are absolutely Over-the-Top. They are knowledgeable and actually WANT to help! I just wish I had found them years ago, when I started using computers! An awesome company to deal with and I am one of the most cynical people you would ever care to meet!

    What an amazingly excellent store. Item shipped in under 12 hours plus shipping was a full day earlier than calculated. compudirect.com is leaps and bounds better than any other store Ive ever had experience with, hands down.

    I have become a very loyal compudirect customer, Ive made two purchases within the past month worth over $200 combined. Each time I trust compudirect will get the order out ASAP and I can even predict the day it will come (Always 48hrs after shipment). The service, price, quality and speed are all perfect, I recommend compudirect to everyone who hasnt used them yet. Keep up the awesome work compudirect!

    Great Service! Called customer support to ask about warranty information..was on hold for about 3 seconds, max! compudirect shipped my laptop in 2 days for 5.99 across the whole country. great service as always, thank you compudirect! Recieved the item, great condition, great product as always, thanks compudirect!!!!

    Great company to deal with.. Always quick, easy to use, and willing to resolve problems. I have spent almost $4000 there and am yet to have a problem that has gone unresolved
