    Newegg is the first place I go to get pricing information on hardware. They serve as the baseline by which I judge other online hardware retailers, and except in the rarest cases, have the best combined shipping and pricing deals online.

    I have purchased computer components from them with out any hassle and good prices, first time for a tv, well have to wait and see.The TV arrived quickly, however the box was torn and banged up to say the least, a whole corner was missing. However the shipping company stayed until it was unpacked and everything seemed fine. The TV is AWESOME. It was noted on the packing slip that the box was damaged so if anything arises from the damage its covered.

    I buy most of my computer related equipment from Newegg. They typically have the best prices, best shipping and best selection. I have yet to have had one bad buy from them.

    Neweggs website is much more than the basics, done very well. Answers to most questions are "in my face", & answers to off-beat questions are never more than a few clicks away. The links to manufacturers websites are a nice touch.Newegg would do itself a favor by just saying "no" to Microsoft & Vista. The notebook computer comprising my entire order is very nice, but design flaws in its Vista operating system caused a 6 days delay for enabling its wireless internet connection. I was very close to starting an argument with Newegg for return of the machine to them, which I realize is contrary to their published policy regarding notebook sales. Fortunate for me & for Newegg, a knowledgeable tech at my ISP came to the rescue with a way to get to a configuration window that Microsoft had worked very hard to hide from me & the other idiots who bought Vista. Now that the machine is up & running wirelessly, Im finding more reasons to complain about Vista, e.g. "user control" is stupid
