My transaction was "pending" for over a month before I had to cancel it. I used a University credit card, so there was no issues there. The customer service is slow and terribly uninformative. They dont get back to you for days. Kudos if you get your goods. I didnt.

The price and tax, shipping was all very good but it was not clearly mentioned whether the item is in stock or not. Other than that, I liked shopping at this shop. <- That was then.Now one week after I placed my order, still no sign of package.The order status says new order and nothing else. I wonder if they have it in stock or not. And Id like to know fast if they are out of stock. I dont want to waste my time waiting for a long time and in the end get the out of order message.

Still waiting for verification after 2 days and after several emails and they do not respond, bad customer service, also they charge your credit card even do they have not even shipped out your item yet,, this is a catch 22 because they posted that if you cancell the order now they will charge you 4% fee, when its not your fault. would not purchase here again, very bad customer service

Couldn\t locate shipping time-line on site so I called and they explained everything. Excellent service so far!
