This is fine merchant, but next time I would rather shop somewhere else. Here are the reasons why:1) poorly designed web site (few product images, just basic specs etc.)2) they dont provide you with up to date order status (just order cofirmation e-mail), but they did send me tracking number VERY quickly for my order when I e-mail them.The bottom line if want worry free shopping experience I wouldnt recommend this site, but if you dont mind making couple calls (representatives are polite and friendly)and e-mailing in order get your tracking number)this is OK seller.

When I placed the order, they claimed the item was in stock. Then they kept delaying saying it was backordered and they kept changing the date they were supposed to get more. Today I checked for tha item again and they now have it listed for $40 more than they sold it to me for and they still claim my order is on hold although their website claims its in stock at the higher price!

No written or verbal communication was possible with them. After waiting the promised 7 business days, I called to get an update on the order and listened to a recorded message to e-mail them. I e-mailed them and received no response. A second phone call did not even result in a recorded message. The website simply identified it as a "new order". It showed a blank tracking number. I see people giving them 5 stars and I must admit I am puzzled. I still have no idea how I would contact them if there were a problem. I gave them two stars because the order did arrive though it was after the promised date.
