It was ok but I was kinda disappointed that when I had the gentleman on the line to ask questions I was unable to place the order directly with them...was told I had to order online.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering on line. We ordered a computer with our AmeEx. A day after placing the order we received an email to call and confirm the order. It sounded strange, we have excellent credit, zero balance on our card ect. So we started calling, we called several times a day for almost 2 weeks and got the same message. The voice mailbox you are calling is full press one and you may speak to the operator. Well, the operator was never at her desk. So we got her message. After so many days and not reaching anyone living we contacted AmeEx to cancel the order. We finally get an email from the order integrity guy. He was worthless. He called me and told me he would hold my $900.00 as long as he could. So he was going to drag out or refund for weeks. He did! It didnt keep us from buy another computer. We order another computer the very next day, have the computer& are still waiting for our refund. We ordered the computer in good faith!

CCC\s price for the genuine HP inkjet cartridges I need was the lowest I was able to find on the web. If I\m happy with them (i.e., their \"use by\" date has not expired), I\m sure I will become a regular customer.

They provide very good deal for this notebook and fast shipping too. Return police is 25% restocking fee.

My experience so far is that this company has very poor communication back to their customers. I was so frustrated that I emailed almost everyone in this company. I finally got some attention and I was directed to a specific sales person so I will see how future orders go but so far this has been painfull!
