    This Web site has been set-up very well. Anyone should be able to easily and quickly place an order. Also, the pricing and shipping were the BEST that I could find for my order.

    Second Order with California Computer and things are great so far. I had to return one product to replace with another and they worked with me to reduce my costs

    Horrible service and communication. After two weeks from placing an order I called to find my item. I was told the item was on backorder. After another week I called again and they told me it was still on backorder but they gave me a date when the item should be in. Two days later, I get an email saying they refund my account. During this time, the website showed the item was in stock. Bottom line? If you place an order you will probably get your item. But don?t expect any communication if it?s on backorder.

    A very good company, the only thing is that I listened to previous reviews and called them before ordering, which helped a lot, because I was given the extension that I saved my time and my order was actually delivered in 4 days (free shipping!!!)

    Simply put, I placed an order for a medium level linksys router with California Computer, a company I had never delt with because of a very low price, as they seemed to be competing with some other dealers. The order was accepted and I waited approx. a week for the slow free delivery. On 08/01/08 I received an email: "The price listed on our site for the Linksys RV042 was erroneous, and we are not able to honor it. As such, your order has been refunded." I am disappointed that they did not honor the low on-line price. I am led to wonder how many other times this has been done before and if it is their business practice. I did however receive a refund so I will give them be benefit of the doubt but will probably not deal with them again.

    In my list this store is OK. Now I may add that they should not accept an order unless they have the product in stock. I bought and thoght I would receive a Samsung monitor within at the most 7-10 days but after that time had passed I received an email in forming me that the item was not at hand bat it would be at the end of the following month, they offered a couple of other monitors. Needless to say I would never buy athing from this store.
