Bunch of liars, the Onsale.com website stated that the product I purchased was in stock. Once the immediate reviews were completed, I received an email stating that my product was on backorder - This is a complete reversal of what the website stated.

The $40 rebate was set up in a way that I was not able to get it. Even talking with my "personal" account exec and Customer Service was NO HELP. Being pleasant and unhelpful is useless. The way the rebate process is set up is intentionally meant to ensure low customer participation. POOR Business practice. Low probability of repeat sale. Typical retail grinders.

BAIT & SWITCH!! Buyers beware, especially when you have "REBATE" deadlines. I have place a camera & printer order with ONSALE.com, where I have two different rebates that I need to fill out. I have only received the camera so far & the printer is no where in sight. The company keep pushing back the order week after week. The website will allow you to purchase the order even when the item is in back-ordered. If you have Rebate restriction/deadline, you are SCREWED.
