    These guys are great liars. I ordered a 37" LCD Vizo from them only because of the deal I would be getting with the rebates they were offering. The rebates were reimbursed UPS shipping, which they sent me, and the second rebate was for the wall mount that I paid $80, which was supposed to be sent back to me in a rebate. Well...they never sent me the rebate for the $80 and when i tried contacting them for every day for about a week and they kept giving me a run around telling me that I need to contact different people in order to fix this problem. Long story short, the number on the rebate form no longer existed when I called and they told me that they would contact me back that week regarding the issue. They never contacted me back and it has been another 2 months since they were supposed to contact me. The bottom line is, this company doesnt care about the customer after the sale, which is why I refuse to do business from them again, and I will contact BBB.org to file a complaint if

    Order a printer on 5/7, receive email for credit card verification which i called back and verify, but only receive another email asking to verify again 2 days later. I called the customer service, no answer for 30 minutes on 5/12 from 9:30 am to 10:00 am pacific time. Still have not receive my order. Very angry customer.

    The rebate offers are a scam. They tell you that you must apply for the rebate "with" (could be a typo or they just dont speak English) 20 days of the shipping date. The problem is you are not provided with the shipping date. You cant go by the UPS tracking number for the shipping date, they tell you that the date they put the order in to their warehouse is the shipping date and not the date it was actually shipped via UPS. In my case they told me that the postmark on the rebate was one day too late compared to when they told their warehouse to contact UPS. When I asked the customer representative for a manager or supervisor, I was told that there was none. When I asked for corporate headquarters number, I was given a number that routed me back to the same person who I originally contacted. He then admitted to me that he was also "the" customer service. My recommendation is if you are ordering from "onsale" because of the rebate, DON"T - they will do everything they can to negate it!

    I was skeptical at first due to some of the negative feedback and I was looking to purcahse a very popular item at the lowest price I could find on the web. The order was easy, however beware the typical "phone message on the home answer machine with - please call back within 48 hours or your order will be cancelled with authorization code XBYXBT". This was a scare as I was out of the country all week - no matter I was able to remotely check my messages and called them back - so expect the message to verify your credit. The product was delivered within 2 days from returning the message. New Product, very happy with the service and will order again from OnSale.

    I entered an order in good faith and now all of a sudden they have problems with the order (credit card processing????) with a phone number to call. I tried to call and no one answers. I will not deal with sloppy or incompetent companies so I cancelled the order. I will reorder with a trustworthy company!

    This is a completely unreliable company. To be more specific: it is a cheater, liar. They sell refurbished ipods at price of brand new ones and they do not show such information on their web site. Be cautious if you plan to order something from them!

    Completely unreliable. I ordered a laptop that was marked as in stock. When the order status was still in process a week later, I emailed the customer service who replied that there was a slight delay and it was ready to be shipped. I checked the order status again 3-4 days later and it said the order has been canceled. I didnt even get a notification of the cancellation. Ive never had this bad of an experience with an online purchase.

    I came across your site through Bill Me Later. I must say, I was very pleased with the pricing but shipping was somewhat high. I look forward to receiving my digital voice recorder by Olympus.
