ordered 4 tRIPPLITTE UPS POWER SUPPLIES FOR $431.96, online website info indicated that shipping was free for anything over $49 bucks, yet a mystery shipping/handling/processing fee of $19.95 showed up at checkout. Because I was in a hurry and each item was a good $20 bucks a pop lower in cost per unit, I paid the fee just to move on in life.Otherwise happy with onsale.com:/

Submitted order on June 10th. Received email on 11th: I have to call their Card Processing Office (Ive bought dozens of even more expensive stuff via Amazon, Buy.com etc., never asked to call anyones card office). Called them the same day. Its June 16th, they still havent processed my order. Called their phone #, asked to cancel order. However, the people working on home and personal sales extension (menu item #1) cannot cancel it. I explained to the guy that Im leaving country in 7 days and its too late for me to get the item, since it takes 7-10 business days for the item to arrive from the time the order is processed. Anyways, the guy offered me to upgrade shipping to FedEx. I asked if they will pay for it since Im not the one whos guilty for delay. The guy said no. Anyways, in order to cancel when you call, pick Customer Support (menu item #4).I waited 20 minutes, but they cancelled it without asking anything (the only bright moment for me with OnSale).Dont buy from them

Onsale.com is participating in false advertising and SCAM business practices. I ordered a Lenovo R61i laptop, received confirmation, then received final confirmation that the order was to be shipped. Onsale.com called me to confirm my order and said it would be shipped in 5-7 days. A couple days later I logged on to see if my order had been shipped and the status was "canceled". So I called them and they said they had ran out. I asked for my order to be put on backorder and they agreed. They said it would be shipped as soon as it came in. Today I received an email saying that I requested the order to be canceled. I called customer service a second time and they said they could not honor the advertised price so they canceled my order. The fact that they advertised the price, they confirmed my order, they called to say it was being shipped, then when they ran out they agreed to put it on backorder, then they decide the price is too low and cancel my order. This is a SCAM.

Placed an order for a laptop on 5/30 when the site showed it was in stock. If you decide to order from them, youll have to check your email to get an instruction to give them a call to "verify" your information. By the time I get to call them, the item became backordered. I was told that the item wont be available until 6/21. Not willing to wait, I decided to cancel the order and gave them a call on 6/2 but all of a sudden today 6/7, I received a shipping notification. This order somehow was not canceled, became in stock much earlier than I was told, and Im afraid it will be delivered while Im out of the country from 6/11-6/18.They also have a strange policy of not accepting returns for products from lots of manufacturers, which includes mine.The phone says to call back "during business hours." What hours they are open, not specifically mentioned.What a mess... very frustrating.

These guys are fine as long as everything goes well. However, when the product fails in warranty, they hold up the 15 day return policy to blow you off, even when the manufacturer expects its distribution to deal with warranty issues. BEWARE. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG OUTSIDE THE RETURN PERIOD. I will never shop with them again. I will recommend to anyone I talk to to never shop with them. A merchants real spots show when there is a problem. These guys are awful.

I HAD NOTHING BUT THE BEST RESPONSE FROM THESE FOLKS. I ORDERED THE LEXMARK PRINTER ON MAY 10 AND RECEIVED IT ON MAY 14TH. EVERYTHING WAS IN THE BOX. NOW I WAIT TO SEE IF THE REBATE ON SHIPPING IS A SCAM AS OTHERS HAVE WRITTEN. I WOULD INDEED MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT THIS TIME OF THE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THERE IS ONLY 2 OTHERS PLACES I DEAL WITH THAT GET THINGS TO ME A DAY OR TWO FASTER THAN THESE FOLKS DID. I REALLY DIDNT EXPECT TO SEE THE MERCHANDISE FOR ANOTHER 4-5 DAYS.
