Some of the navigation is a bit cumbersome, such as going back to change shipping information. Shipping, if free, should be free--not free after rebate.

It would be nice if the free shipping was automatically applied to the order, instead of being a mail-in rebate.

I do not like rebates, would be better without rebates. There was a double pending charge on my charge card that took 5 days to drop off. So my money was tied up for five days.

- Ordered online on Dec 17, 2007. Paid for 2 day shipping.- ONSALE.COM emailed me on Dec 19, 2007- Took me 2 days to get through. I asked why I needed to call them...Rep says its procedure to have customer call in for online orders. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor ... my "supervisor is unavailable." - Finally, they state they will ship; "will arrive tomorrow." They call back 3-4 hours later and say sorry, "out of stock" and "on back order" (this is 4 days after initial order). They are unable to do anything for me so they will cancel my order. I must now order from someone else, gift will be later for Christmas now.
