I cannot believe this place! I bought a wall mount because it said buy a wall mount and get it free after mail in rebate. Should have known right there I would never receive the rebate! This is January 2, 2008 and still no rebate, after I submitted it in July!!! I have called so many times and they have said many different stories. The first one was I had to call the manufacturer. i called them and they said it wasnt even their rebate that I had to contact the place I bought it from. So I called them again and they said we are going to take care of it and the check is in the mail and I will get it in 7 business days. That was over a month ago. I called again and they said the rebate isnt offered. Well they lied cuz they said it was in the mail. I feel they stole from me if they said its free after rebate so I bought it and they arent giving me my rebate! I will never shop at this store again. Ridiculous!!

Rebate info on items that come "free" with IPod purchase very confusing. Rebates not listed correctly on invoice and not directed to any mail-in rebate forms except for UPS ground delivery. I called customer service and he basically said the invoice had a glitch and I could download the rebate forms, but I dont see them on the site. Ill have to call customer service again.

The site was straight forward & easy to use.I ordered item that was not in stock but gave me an option to buy it now anyway.I called your phone# to check when u expect the shipment in & the clerk told me quickly after looking it up by part#.HOWEVER,2 wks later I was informed(I inquired) that my order was cancelled because OnSale.com has discontinued the item I ordered. This is after they assured me that it would come in on back order-ruined my Christmas.
