I purchased an apple ibook with 3 rebates. Two of them have been denied by CDW. One of them was expired for over two months and was not posted. They still had this rebate posted until the week of Christmas, almost 4 months after expiration. Nothing but excuses! I will never buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE OF CDW!!!!!!

THE WORST INTERNET BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! They charge a 15% restocking fee for items you havent received. My $4,000 sale would cost me $600 to return. I was totally mislead by their return policy. They will not allow you to return computers to them, must be sent back to the manufacturer. I was told that items were in stock when they werent. Not the best prices. Also slow in delivering. Sales people are not as knowledgable as you would expect. Ive never been sorrier.

Ordered a Tablet PC - OVERNIGHT Delivery. Also received confirmation of my order by e-mail. When I did not receive my computer two days later, I contacted them. They informed me, the computer was never shipped because I had reached my credit limit on my credit card. Fixed the problem within 1/2 hour. Asked them that they should not charge me shipping since they should have informed me of the problem with my credit card that same day. They gave me some run around and refused to accommodate me.

Ordered a computer from this company. they overcharged me and took four months (I would check every week) to credit back the overcharge. I also bought extra ram, which they said would come installed and it came uninstalled. Very poor service. Would not buy from them again.

Ordered software and paid extra for two day shipping. I received it eight days later. When I called them, I was told that I should order from companies closer to me. I thought two days ment two days from anywhere in the country. I notice that the ratings for this company have been going down in the last six months.

I have a corporate account with them and purchase a lot of stuff. I have my own sales rep. I can place a order at 5pm and get it the next morning if I want. Returns are great. Ill let them know somethings bad, and they will send a replacement before the deffective one is recieved back. They dont update there website as much as they should. Once I ordered 3 printers, only to be called back later in the day to tell me they were discontinued a week before. There still listed on there site

I got a Brand new wacom 4x5 tablet $30 less than anywhere alse. I ordered it as the last item in a long order of items from different companies, and thiers arrived first!!!! Took only 3 bus. days from the night I ordered. (actually 2.5 days.) Great company!!!!!!!Item was VERY well packed; more peanuts than ive ever seen.

What a bunch of wasters, perhaps they should spend less money advertising on Television and more money paying the employees, perhaps then they wont have monkies working for them. No knowledge, support is poor.. Do not buy from this company

Once they let the shipment go, you are on your own. If it gets lost, they wash their hands of the order. They do not seem to care much about customer service. I would never order from this company
