    Pretty much the same as other complaints - this company lists availability of products (incl high-ticket items) on site and ACTUALLY confirms over the phone (multiple times) & then claims products are "no longer available," yet products REMAIN on the website. Disreputable business practices. We recommend EXTREME caution when shopping this company or, better (for customers requiring possible after sales support), looking elsewhere.

    Placed my order,several days later they called me because there was a problem with the shipping address,it was clarified, and two days later they e-mailed saying that the sony clie nx80v for $299.00 was no longer available and had gone up to $379.00, but a they could do me the "favor" of selling me one for $358.00 I said no, since they had already taken my order and confirmed it, spoke to another person he said he would take care of my order,no surprise a week passed nothing happend.

    I bought an Apple Ibook from CDW because I had bought a notebook from them in 1998 and because they had the lowest price. Their customer service was helpful and easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and phone. Two caveats: 1) Call them beforehand to get their return policy. It is not clearly defined on their web site. 2) Send in rebates immediately. The computer case I purchased required that the rebate be postmarked within two weeks of purchase.

    I placed an order for a printer, and the order was canceled without a notice, an email or a phone call. It took me one week to figure out what happened, and eventually they told me that they canceled the order because the actual price was higher than the one reported on their own web page! No email, no explanation, no apologies. Avoid this merchant like plague.

    Advertised full product but later recanted and said that was the volume license price and refused to sell at the advertised price.

    There was a delay of several days before the item was shipped. Product was not competively priced but I purchased from them to use a gift card I had received. CDW shipping charges were much more than shippers published rates. Limited customer service hours make this a difficult vendor with which to do business.

    CDW.com sent items in a timely fashion and they were as described. HOWEVER, they were overpriced and it wasnt worth the cost.

    TRIED to purchase a nx80v combo deal but every time i placed an order, (4 times total) they all got cancelled. cs rep claimed they were no longer in stock. but then the website still allowed for the transaction to go through for 3 days after they "sold out". i hate CDW.

    Ordered 2 items on Sunday. Got telephone call on Monday saying "The price on the web site was too low. Less than what we are paying." I canceled the order.

    I dont think i need to add my story here, just look at these feebacks, why would anyone buy from this company? DL and CC online copies and faxes??? Thats insane, this seems to be a company for BIG spenders only, the commen guy (or lady) is just SOL. NEVER AGAIN
