    I made the order of a Sony Vaio V505 on 6/10. On 6/17, I just got a call from the CDW saying they need to back order for me at a higher price of $1699 instead of $1299 they promised when I made the order last Thur. I kept saying that "I am not just ordering today -- which u should charge me the new price -- but I was ordering last Thurs when advertised with 1299.... so u dont want to keep the promise with customer like an unreliable merchant?" Then they said "no, we cant keep the promise."

    Wow, this is the worst company Ive ever done business with. They are sneaky, and I used to think they have a good reputation. No longer. I totally agree with the other poor ratings. They advertise low prices only to say the items not in stock, and then after youve placed the order you have to call in in order to cancel, when its THEIR fault, and when you order something you have to call in with your credit card to verify, hassles! Its all about them, and RUDE, too. What a piece of work!!!

    I am a corporate purchaser, and have had an account with CDW for a while now. Their customer service is the BEST I have ever worked with. They will do what ever it takes to get the job done. Shipping is very FAST. I have been very happy with CDW.

    I ordered the Toshiba e800 in May 3rd, I ordered it for second day, and got it the second day. Turns out it had a hardware defect, so I gave them a call - they are overnighting a new unit to me. How can you find fault with that?

    This has been the worst online buying experience that I have ever had. I was told that items were in stock when they were not and customer service was terrible. I had the most difficult time getting the transaction cancelled and the credit reversed on my card. If you can buy from someone else it is highly recommended..

    I ordered several items from CDW. The package came in with two items missing. I contacted CDW multiple time and requested to reship the missing products. They refused. I started dispute process via my credit card company. CDW tried to fight my dispute and didnt cooperate. At the end, I got my money back from CDW. Thanks to my credit card company.Please, dont by from CDW. They have the highest prices and worst customer service.

    Surprised to see the bad reviews by the other buyers. I ordered a D-Link wireless dsl router + pci adapter bundle. Their website quoted a price and said to call to place order. I called, was quoted the same price, and it was in stock. I was told I would receive in 3 days and that is just was happened. Product works great and the customer service was very helpful. No problems at all. There was also a rebate from D-Link if I purchased through CDW. I just received the check a few days ago.

    Their website said that my order would ship in 4-6 days, but immediately after placing the order I was informed that it would take 3-5 weeks. Their shipping rates are higher than most places, but I was willing to pay the extra for expediency. Now Im getting a lot of hassle about cancelling the order. Would strongly advise against this store.

    CDWs advertised price for QuickBooks included savings from a $120 rebate. What the catalog neglected to describe was that the rebate was only for software upgrades. False advertising! At first I was impressed with their customer service. They promised me a $120 credit, but now will not honor it. I do not recommend this vendor.

    This Place looks like a gold mine of great prices and cool products,when really that seems to just be a mask they wear. I PriceGrabebred a iPod and my lowest price was CDW,there ratings were not great but i figured at that price id take a risk.WELL THAT WAS A HUGE Fing MISTAKE!I place my order it said that it would ship in 2 weeks.Continued on part 2....
