I order from CDW frequently. Often times stuff arrives less then 8 hours from when I order it. They are very responsive via phone and email and they give me a dedicated phone rep.

Iam a frequent buyer for the Federal Government. Ever since they took over another company and re-deployed their experiencedsales rep, orders are getting mixed up, invoices are either incorrect or never sent for payment. A previously five star company needs to get its act together.

It seems curious that there is a huge amount of complaints about CDW that are "completely unsatisfactory 1 star." Sounds like a vendetta to me. You?d think you would have a varied response ratings. I own a small network consulting company and have used CDW for several years and have yet to be completely unsatisfied with an order, in fact on the contrary, they generally do a very good job in satisfying my orders.

I ordered a Promise S-150 SX4-M SATA Board. Delivery was fast and customer assistance during the order was great.The board failed on the first day of receipt which was found to be a port socket issue. Unfortunately, the box had just been thrown away and picked up by the collectors.CDW stated this was a special item that couldnt normally be replaced by them. Never stated on website. Further said they wouldnt replace without original boxes. Period!

I found ordering not a problem, but the product was defective. In returning, there was no "exchange". I had to return the defective equipment and then place a completely new order. I found this completely inconvenient and CDW would rather give back my money then make things a little easier for me.

For the Orinoco gold cardThey listed price is $30.00But think twice... They will charge you $79.00 for shippingWhich is basically a false advertising?Since when you purchased the card the shipping was free as an option.

All those negitive reviews are absolutly not correct. I am finding CDWG the best service for the price on the web. I order lots online but non compare to CDWG. Their website is gogerous. It is my most trusted vender. Would recommand to anybody.

This is absolutley the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not order from them, because if you need to make a return they will make it so difficult that you will eventually give up. It cost me over $500. Heed my words, because if they did it to me, theyll do it to you.

CDW STINKS!!!After a bitter battle with the Better Business Bureau, they STILL concede & it will be noted on their (less than sterling) records there - where there are 100s of similar Complaints. AVOID!!!!

If the web site at CDW says its in stock, its in stock. That isnt checked against the orders in their cue. If theyve got one at midnite itll show in stock. If they had 2 orders ahead of you, you aint gonna get it. End users should not buy from CDW. Their system does everything in the world to chase you off. Corporate customers love the place, though.
