    I thoughts it was amazing ^..^I got the 2 day deliver with $17.75 which mean really good, and the price from MobileCityOnline is lot lower than the rest of the online store on Internet. So if you thinking about getting your phone, come and you will be surprise...

    This my first time purchasing. Heard many great things from friends who recommend Mobile City to me. Plus the retail store is nearby just in case I need additional assistance. Love the variety of phone from all over the world and the detail in specification and info on each.Every online store should have a Paypal and I see Mobile City just added this feature. Wonderful.Despite some error with the bank. Got the item promptly. Definitely shopping with the merchant again.

    In short:Nov 1: order placed.Nov 3: seller checked credit card infoNov 4: item shipped to wrong address. I emailed seller to inform of error and seek resolutionNov 5: No reply. Emailed seller again.Nov 6: received apology, but no statement of what would be done. wrote seller recommending they re-ship express.Nov 9: still no reply from seller.Wrote again asking to cancel order if it had not yet been re-shipped.Nov 12: still no word from seller. Called customer service long distance. Was told my refund would be processed in 2 weeks. Most frustrating was the repeated ambiguous phrase "you will receive the amount you are entitled to" each time I tried to confirm that I would receive a full refund.Nov 17 (today): no refund or further word yet. I ordered from amazon.com instead with hassle-free 3-day turn-over and cheaper price. STEER CLEAR OF MOBILE CITY ONLINE.

    There was a small confusion over the free shipping, but the very friendly customer support tech was able to explain things. Basically there were 2 issues: I ordered 2 items, and it was not clear that free shipping applied to only one of them, and then 2) the "free shipping" was a credit back on my card rather than not adding it on in the first place. Nothing major, and certainly nothing that would cause me to not shop here (or recommend them) again.
