ordered a dlink dns-323 on dec 27th, cleared bank on 29th, stated sending to warehouse to fulfill for 10 days, used website to contact merchant, suddenly order updated to pending, still no response from merchant. 11 days and they still hasnt shipped an "in stock" item. They could at least put a note on the order!

Item was out of stock but reflected In Stock. I was not sent notice until 12 days later (on the reflected approximate delivery date) It was then too late to re-order for Xmas.

I ordered 12 boxes Cat 6 cable at a very good price on 12/20, but as of 12/29 had no shipment confirmation or credit card charge. The site promised delivery in 5-8 bus days, so I called; they told me it hadn?t shipped, and that the price may have been incorrect, but promised delivery. I called the next day; they said it still hadn?t shipped, but they would email me when it was. They said that part of the problem was that I placed the order online instead of by phone. Also, the 5-8 days is only after they actually ship, and that I wouldn?t receive the shipment until around January 14 (3 wks after the order was placed).Then, the shipment arrived the next day! I called to thank them, but they were unaware that it had shipped. I got an email 2 days later with tracking info, stating it was just now going to be shipped. This was a very strange transaction. Maybe it was just due to the holidays? Definite communication problems, but in the end, I got my package as promised.

NextWarehouse advertised the lowest price on pricegrabber (or near the lowest price), however they called me up after the order was placed to say that the product was $390 more and they could not honor the 800+ price. They said their terms and conditions identified that they are not responsible for posting their prices. I would not recommend a vendor that cannot stand by their pricing as it abuses the integrity of the pricegrabber model.
