    pc connection makes everything needed available through their site, you can print your proof of purchase, rebate forms, etc. and save ink & paper if you dont need. they e-mailed me every step of the way, i was able to track my monitor and know what day it was to be delivered. customer service was friendly when i called to ask if monitor was in stock. recieved my item on the 3rd busi. day after placing order. shipping was fast and free. monitor arrived in perfect condition. i would do busi. with again. TY PC Connection!

    I did have to search for shipping explanation under customer service but the website is very easy to navigate.I ordered a 3650 EAH ASUS fanless video card. When I searched their website 4 options with different prices came up. The cheapest one was the previous model (it has the same numbers but a different heatsink and ddr2 memory instead of ddr3). The next cheapest showed the current specs and pictures and I choose that one. When it arrived it was the older model not the newer one. I called customer service the next day. They sent me a new one from the shipper with the highest price and sent it to me 2 day UPS at no more costs to me. They also sent a prepaid return label for the original merchandise. The second delivery was the correct one. To send out the 2nd day freight before the return of the original merchandise they had to bill my account for the second video card. I just checked and the charge was credited back to me after they received my return in a timely manner.

    Ordered a case for storing equipment. upon arrival it had a broken part, PC connection offered to have it picked up and replaced, which I couldnt do because I needed to use it soon, so they offered me a credit which more than made up for the loss of the broken part. I didnt even have to ask for it, they freely gave it to me. So two big thumbs up for short hold time and good service.
